Everybody always has stress, but I have some tips below that may help you in any situation! Some when they are stressed, they read and that makes them calm down. Also, cleaning helps with stress, so try cleaning a bit after a long day at work! In my case, I design qoute images or cards or I edit photos. I simply love to spend time on my computer!
